Photographs
will be on site capturing moments from the 2026 Commencement Ceremony. and you will automatically receive a coupon code for 20% off your purchase of $50 or more. Add your friends' and families' email addresses and they'll save 20% on your photos, too. Plus, they'll receive a link to view your photos once they are available.
Photos are typically available about two weeks after the event. For questions or assistance, please contact GradImages' Customer Service Department at 1-800-261-2576.
Degree Posting and Diplomas
Students are not considered officially graduated until the Office of the Registrar verifies that all university and degree requirements have been met. Degrees for students who finished their program requirements in Spring 2026 will be posted on June 23, 2026.

Allow 4-6 weeks after degree posting for your printed diploma to be delivered via regular USPS mail.

Your electronic diploma will be emailed to your ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ account about 2-4 weeks after degree posting.

Account holds (financial, parking, and library) must be resolved in order to receive your diploma.
Students expected to complete their degree requirements in Spring 2026 recieved an email on June 1 with the subject line "URGENT - Verify This Info to Receive Your Diploma or Certificate" - refer to this email for more information.
Additionally, you will receive an email with more details once your diploma order has been placed. If you need proof that you earned your degree before you receive either version of your diploma, please order an official transcript.
Ordering Official Transcripts
If you plan to apply for jobs or graduate school, you may be required to provide verification of your degree. This can typically be satisified with an official transcript. An official transcript will state the following:
- The terms and term dates you attended ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½
- Each class and the number of credits you were enrolled in for each term
- Name
- Date of birth
- Degree (if earned)
- Degree conferral date (if earned)

If you completed your program requirements in Spring 2026 and ordered a transcript before your degree was posted on June 23, your degree will not show on your transcript.
We strongly advise you send official transcripts directly to the requesting institution. Official transcripts are no longer considered official once opened or downloaded, and will display “copy” if forwarded or scanned.
Regalia Donation
If you no longer plan to use your regalia, consider donating it to Campus Ministry's Commencement Closet. Your donation will ensure that future graduating Redhawks of high financial need will have the regalia they need to attend commencement.
See below some options for donating your extra regalia set to the Commencement Closet:
- Drop your regalia off at Campus Ministry in Student Center 120 during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm).
